How it all started

The story of Immobiliare Ginin began with Giovanni Ferrari, known as Ginin, who worked as a tunnel miner before moving into construction.
In 1959, he founded a building company with his brother Carletto, constructing many holiday homes in the Trarego Viggiona area and creating the famous Panoramica Ferrari road, which brought water and electricity to one of the most scenic areas of Lake Maggiore.
During the real estate boom, Ginin recognized the area's tourism potential and built nearly 300 holiday homes, attracting an international clientele, especially from Germany.
To continue his work, in 1985 his daughters founded Agenzia Immobiliare Ginin, specializing in holiday rentals.
Today, the agency is called Maggiore Estate by Ginin and is managed by Claudia Ferrari, who carries on the family tradition with the same passion and deep knowledge of the area.
Claudia continues to help guests find their ideal holiday home, annual rental, or property to buy on Lake Maggiore. She also works with UnipolSai insurance, offering personalized solutions to protect clients’ properties and assets.
